So far I have had a great experience with my therapist Gilberto Garcia Torres. He has reminded me that I am not who I think I am when manic or depressed and is reteaching me how to prioritizing myself and my values. He gives me assignments and we talk about it the next week. I even take notes! The only thing I don’t like are the login questions you have to confirm every time you login. I think it is unnecessary to have to confirm that everytime.
Lifestance has been great. They are accommodating with appointments and care needed. The team is knowledgeable and caring. It’s easy to get medications and therapy thru the same provider. My therapist and my psychiatrist nurse practitioner work together to provide the best care. They work with my insurance. They work with you to make sure you’re comfortable as well with decisions.
