Check in was smooth. Front desk person very friendly. Amy was a great listener and kind. Love the lighting in her office. The reason I gave this business 4 stars is because it being a larger corporation instead of smaller practice, there are glitches that have to be fixed centrally. You cannot call the front desk directly either, calls are forwarded elsewhere. Note: That is not the fault of the people working in the local office. Other than that it was good.

AWFUL experience with this facility. The LifeStance patient portal is a mess, so you'll need to call the office to get anything done (appointments rescheduled/scheduled, medication questions). When calling the office, be prepared to be on hold for at least 20 minutes, regardless of how simple the task might be and what time of day it is (early morning, late morning, does NOT matter). Front desk lady had a really ugly attitude… Call back a few minutes later to get a kinder employee without attitude. She told me that accidentally left a slot open that was not supposed to be open, and are now forcing me to reschedule to an inconvenient time. This is bad enough but it gets worse. Anyway, I go to my new appointment only to find out that I would need to come in person to get medication anyways. They only felt the need to tell me this AFTER my appointment. Dr. Cox has been my doctor for many years now. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding, an extremely good listener, and puts everything together in order to create the best treatment plan. I very highly recommend her.

This practice just can't seem to get it together with scheduling. My appointment started 15 minutes late, then the office couldn't have been more uncomfortable and unappealing. There was an old leather couch in the corner that was like sitting on the floor or an office chair. Nothing on the walls. Then she told me I wasn't scheduled long enough. Altogether a trainwreck.
