I've had a great experience so far. I got an appointment right away. The drs have been great so far. The therapist referred me to another dr in the practice and scheduling called me to set it up for me. Making it super simple and she was extremely knowledgeable about the drs. I wish i remembered her name so i could call and tell her boss what an amazing job she did. She really was the best receptionist I've ever encountered. The therapist I'm using he's great too! I met with the therapist for five minutes and she wouldn't answer a question about something. That's very important to me. I decided not to continue with her and we hung up after five minutes. Then I get a bill for $75 because they consider it a no-show! They said I didn't complete the assessment. I'm supposed to continue with somebody I don't respect?! She at least should've told me that I was going to be charged. My co-pay is $40 and that's the most I'm giving them for that. They can bill my insurance.
I tried setting up an appointment, wouldn't allow me to do so online. I tried calling next, no answer, said 5 minute wait, went way passed 5 minutes and no answer and no call back. Completely unprofessional and uncaring service. Should be closed down. Sickening
Don’t try to go if your on suboxone . You’ll be told they can’t help you . Drug addiction is a disease but not one they will help you with if your on maintenance
We had a problem logging in for the first time was a few minutes late. Waiting in the waiting room online for the doctor to except the patient never came in. They changed me my $50 copay and a $35 no show! They didn't show!!! Now 2 weeks and can't get anyone in billing or a call back. Unprofessional billing department!!!!!!!!!!
