I have never had a bad experience with Lifestance. The therapists have really shown me that they are listening and you know they care about you and what you are going through. I have been with them for 6 years or more. They have taken me out of my comfort zone and I am better for it. I also see a skills person who helps me with getting out of my apartment to have a life. She also helps with insurance and has gotten me into group settings that have really helped me. I am a happy patient.
Had a scheduled appointment for 9am. Receptionist showed up 10 minutes late. Took an additional 5 minutes to acknowledge me at all. Therapist didn’t show up at all, there was 0 communication between the staff. Took 35 minutes for the receptionist to tell me we needed to reschedule. Then proceeded to chastise MY schedule due to it work for them. Simply not the time to be doing so after I drive 30 minutes for and appointment and waited an additional 45 to not be seen. I have nothing but positive things to say about my current care being provided by my LifeStance therapist and psychiatrist! I have never been paired with a better two experts in their field, who feel custom made for my brain!Viewing previous or upcoming appointments, contacting my providers, viewing previous visit notes, and a bunch of other info. is super easy to access and navigate through the patient portal! Scheduling over the phone is quick and easy! Everyone has been really accommodating and friendly!
