I needed to check in with a provider as a once-a-year crossing of I’s and dotting the T’s. And it needed to be an in-person visit. I had never met my provider before. Jacqueline was an expert listener and very gentle at asking needed questions. As it turned out, she made me feel safe enough to share important personal details that explain who I really am today. I appreciated her sensitivity and emotional intelligence.

Terrible. The billing is awful. There are no statements that make sense. They also took 3 visits until I found out they didn't charge my insurance! So, I had to resend that info. And wait for over a month from the 3rd visit. I paid cash for the first visit just before the second visit. No reflection of that or any of my payments in the statements and bills. It's so weird. We've been with Lifestance for six years, starting before they bought out Western Psychological. ***Find a locally-owned, smaller practice where the providers actually care. Lifestance is NOT where you will find quality care!!!*** My husband, my son, and me all have therapists and psychiatrists with them and overall have had nothing but terrible experiences. We had our first appointment with my daughter and she liked the therapist. She was very understanding and connected with my daughter. I was there for the first part of the meeting and made it clear we also needed medication refills. We just switched providers and had been out for 3 weeks. I was told they would have someone get a hold of us for the prescription. It's been a week. My daughter is having depression issues and can't focus in school. The people there at life dance the skills trainers the counselors the psychiatrist they're all so caring and warm and understanding and patient makes you feel good inside I love it and I will always keep coming back I love you guys thank you so much for your help
