While I have no issue with the therapists and med providers at lifestance I have a serious issue with how they operate as a business. I have been with lifestyle since they were Western Psychological. Since LifeStance took over I have had 2 med providers leave or retire without providing me any notice causing serious disruptions with getting my medications. The second time was the last straw, I do not recommend Lifestance to anyone who needs consistency and structure in regards to their mental health

I love having the option of virtual visits. Dr.Morgan is amazing. I feel she listens to me, makes notes of important information to check back with me to help me on my progress, and is very easy to talk to. I like real people, not those that always say “How does that make you feel?”

I have been with LifeStance since before when they were Western Psych, and I have almost always had wonderful therapists and Doctors. When I am not satisfied, or the match is not made in heaven, they have always made it easy to switch. However, in this last 2 years I was promised to be matched with a med management provider and it never did happen, even after going to the Director for help with the matter it was still never resolved. My call dropped off and Walmart in woodland says they never received the prescription from Patricia. Other than that it was great.
