Staci Jenkins is absolutely the best therapist i have ever seen. She is outstanding and amazing at her job. She’s incredible with empathizing, understanding and getting to the root of the issue. I have worked through hard deep rooted traumas with Staci. There have been times where i hit rock bottom and felt as though i had no one to talk to about what i was dealing with- i felt isolated. Dr. Connie was amazing. I was unable to get an appointment with my regular primary care and Dr. Connie stepped in. I had issues connecting and she attempted multiple times. She then spent a significant amount of time talking with me about my situation so she could really understand what was going on. She walked me through several options and help me come up with a plan. Usually when I call to schedule, the representatives are unkind, unhelpful and not as informative as they should be at their position. Example: I called and had a question about an upcoming appointment depending on the representative I got a different answer to the same question. Also supervisors should be more readily available to assist with situations like this. I have left several messages for a return call over a 3 week period and I’ve yet to receive a response. While I have no issue with the therapists and med providers at lifestance I have a serious issue with how they operate as a business. I have been with lifestyle since they were Western Psychological. Since LifeStance took over I have had 2 med providers leave or retire without providing me any notice causing serious disruptions with getting my medications. The second time was the last straw, I do not recommend Lifestance to anyone who needs consistency and structure in regards to their mental health
I've had a wonderful experience. Easy scheduling and excellent therapist.
