I do not like the yearly changes that seem to be made with companies that provide Health issues to their patients. I do not agree with some of the material that is changed and almost where I will have to go to another provider because of the changes that their company wants to do. Other than that the Customer Service for the most part are very great and my Doctor K is a awesome doctor which I will be a loss since I do not agree with the agreement that has come up for the new year.
