I had a very disappointing experience with life stance. I scheduled a counseling appointment, and the provider never showed up. I called and emailed with no response. eventually, I spoke with a supervisor who acknowledged it was unacceptable and said the counselor had a family emergency. He assured me someone would follow up but no one ever did. I also had an initial in-person appointment with a psychiatrist that went well. So far so good, they will work with you to find another person if the schedule doesn’t work anymore and you couldn’t make it. I haven’t ever left feeling worse than before and it might take a couple people but you will find someone who talks to you in the way you need to feel better.
My therapist and psychiatrist are AMAZING! I’ve had quite a few before and they are by far the best I’ve ever had. They listen to me and work so well with me. I couldn’t be happier! I strongly recommend!!
I will be using Lifestance from now on. They sent reminders of my appt and they were on time for my zoom call. The doctor was very attentive and listened to me and my situation. After getting off my call I already felt uplifted. No one tried to push any medication on me and that was important.
Absolutely love my therapist Leslie Pulver. She is the best and she listens to me and helps me and I know that she’s always just a phone call away and the people here are really nice and always helpful.
