DO NOT GO HERE. I only had two appointments and my therapist only said things my mom could have told me. I wanted coping techniques and did not receive any. I got my bill months after I stopped going and was over $200 with insurance!!! If I would have known the price after my first appointment, I would have never gone back for the second and my appointments were 3 weeks apart. Now they sent me to collections for a bill of $183 when the price should have been either discussed up front or given closely after the first appointm... read more
Love both the Psyc doc and y therapist is amazing. Love working worn them so flexible and helped me find a therapist that I clicked with, took me two try’s but they were so wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!!
Oh my gosh! A mental health facility literally charging money for cancellations at a MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY!!?? Are you kidding?? Literally have never heard of a place like that. Therapist was supposed to be LGBT friendly but instead talked to me about god (without asking about religion at all) for over an hour. Please if you have any mental health problems that have something to do with anxiety this is not the place to put your energy into. Crazy work!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY THERAPIST IN LIFESTANCE!! She is VERY VERY easy to talk to about my grief from losing my son!! In the beginning when I first lost my son I attempted counseling but I only lasted about a week. I had never been to any counseling prior to that. But with my therapist Machelle with lifestance I actually am looking forward every week to my next session because she makes me comfortable to talk about something so very difficult to talk about. I recommend this place and her to ANYONE needing a therapist!!!!
I spoke with a very delightful therapist she answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. The whole process from finding her, setting up the appointment and getting through the appointment was a breeze!
