My therapist and psychiatrist are AMAZING! I’ve had quite a few before and they are by far the best I’ve ever had. They listen to me and work so well with me. I couldn’t be happier! I strongly recommend!!
I will be using Lifestance from now on. They sent reminders of my appt and they were on time for my zoom call. The doctor was very attentive and listened to me and my situation. After getting off my call I already felt uplifted. No one tried to push any medication on me and that was important.
Absolutely love my therapist Leslie Pulver. She is the best and she listens to me and helps me and I know that she’s always just a phone call away and the people here are really nice and always helpful.
Edit: Lowered from 2 stars to 1 after dealing with billing, or i should say after repeatedly getting hung up on by billing while trying to figure out why bills are showing up months later for never having an appointment. -Go to the dentist. No, seriously, you can likely build a more personable relationship with your dentist. Going to a therapist is already a stressful situation, but more than anything you want this to be about building a relationship that makes you feel comfortable and allows you to open up. Booking experience has been good. The last few times I've had telehealth apptmts, there has been several glitches, and I've missed out on time for apptmt. Lauren Barber and Jennifer Hudson have both tried at the end to go over some to get that time in. Usually it takes about 10 min of logging in and out of the app to get it going correctly. Volume cuts out, video cuts out. Or kicks you off entirely. They both have been.great helps, though.
