My sister went to this place. The Dr told her she couldn’t help she needed to see someone else. She did and received excellent care, to no help of this company. Then they billed for $245. The insurance company paid $220 and now they want her to pay the remaining $25. This company never should’ve billed the insurance company in the first place. They are all about the profits and not helping people!

$125 cancellation fee with more than 24 hours notice should be illegal. They also gave me a referral for testing and called me multiple times to schedule, but when i finally was able to talk to them and schedule they told me there’s no testers in the area and i would have to drive to chesapeake???? screw that. i went once and loved my psychiatrist but this business is a scam. i will be leaving and finding care elsewhere.

I really wish I could give this place zero stars worst place ever the manager won’t even talk to you which I feel is very unprofessional I would never recommend this place especially if you’re looking for someone to help you Thought I had found a good psychiatrist but boy was I wrong Marie didn’t want to listen when I really need her to because of that I’m now out of my ADHD as well as my anxiety medicine im feeling horrible from not having them when I tried to reach out to her again she ignored the video call and sent me ... read more

Ms. Bryan is great! BUT communicating with the office or trying to cancel an appointment is a nightmare! Excessive hold times, no ability to email an office manager. You are working with stressed out people... you need to up your communication game!

I had a telehealth session with Dr DeLeon. She is caring and addresses any questions or concerns you have. I will keep seeing her, I really like her.
