I've seen a couple providers at LifeStance, as have members of my family. We've had nothing but a great experience. The front office seems to be swamped with calls/work often (maybe all the time), so I recommend booking online or even at the end of your appointment booking directly with your provider. All the providers we've seen seems to be fairly busy to very busy, so I recommend scheduling in advance (even a couple appointments ahead) whenever possible. Do you know what’s worse than NO HELP?… It’s BAD HELP. Lifestance is bad help. Lifestance isn’t reliable and can’t be trusted. It’s more likely that they’ll respond to a review to defend their illusionary practice platform of therapy, medication management and patient care than it is that they’ll respond to a patient that is in need, via telephone call or patient portal message. “Lifestance” provides patients with a “LIFE-LESS-STANCE”. Add the appointment with the counselor today.Was an awesome counselor awesome psychiatrist?Excellent place.They do more than just handle your medication and counseling.They go deep into the matters.Not like HMHA. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OVER ANYWHERE.

The booking notifications are far too many after the first appointment confirmation has been provided. They just keep sending emails asking you to register, video links having worked, and the virtual volume has been difficult to hear.
