William Fox is who I seen . It was my first appointment. He was kind and compassionate and is very good. He is very experienced and knows what he is doing. I have had so many counselors and he was in the top 2. We talked about things that I haven’t talked about or been asked. I know now where my trauma stemmed from the exact moment it all began. I believe my trauma caused all my health conditions. He helped me so much in just that first session. It was extremely hard but worth it.

Easily accessed. Therapist is well versed in work with couples. She is able to observe, listen, & focus as issues arise. As a retired therapist, I feel fortunate to work with Michelle & would recommend her with certainty.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a single mom just trying to get my kids some therapy. This has to be the most disgusting service I’ve ever used. I can’t believe this is how a company that is supposed to “help” with mental health issues is creating more for some. This feels like a way to make quick money by scamming patients. First appointment and after being kept waiting in the Virtual waiting room ,for 25 minutes ,I called to find out what was happening. The therapist had an emergency and had to leave. Nobody called, texted, or emailed me to cancel or reschedule my appointment! I have waited on this appointment for over 30 days just to be kept on hold for an appointment that was never going to happen! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Lifestance recently completely changed the check in procedure. It now takes 10 minutes to complete their survey information, which you have to do before every appointment. Then it sometimes gives you the link to join your session and sometimes doesn't. Even though it sends you 10 text and email reminders that you have an appointment. Just no direct method to sign in and start it. Absolutely terrible!
