I’ve had a great experience with Keren Dietz Roberts. She had some tough shoes to fill - my previous long term doctor passed away. I did receive support and went to a session first with someone from the company who notified me my doctor passed away. Something didn’t fit - not same connection. I am more than satisfied with my therapist and psychiatrist, however the billing situation has been very difficult. Each time I receive a bill I've paid through UHC, which has never been an issue. However, before being able to check into my latest appointment, I was prompted to pay for a service which I had already paid for over a week prior. I had to call the billing team, who directed me to call my insurance provider, then I had to call them again to prove it was paid, at which point they let me into my appointment. I now ... read more

I have been seeing Dr Karen Dietz for almost a year and couldn’t be happier with her. She’s such a good listener and thinks thru options of treatment that best suited you. I would highly recommend her.

William Fox is who I seen . It was my first appointment. He was kind and compassionate and is very good. He is very experienced and knows what he is doing. I have had so many counselors and he was in the top 2. We talked about things that I haven’t talked about or been asked. I know now where my trauma stemmed from the exact moment it all began. I believe my trauma caused all my health conditions. He helped me so much in just that first session. It was extremely hard but worth it.

Easily accessed. Therapist is well versed in work with couples. She is able to observe, listen, & focus as issues arise. As a retired therapist, I feel fortunate to work with Michelle & would recommend her with certainty.
