I love my therapist at this location. However, this office started a new online check in process that is a total disaster and very unfriendly for the patient’s. I can never get checked in and anytime I ask the front office staff, I am made to feel like I am bothering them. Considering this is a place to go for mental health I am seriously concerned about this change and the fact that after a month of it being in place, no improvements have been made.

It’s been a pretty positive experience so far. I do telehealth so I’m always in the comfort of my own home. The website it’s easy to navigate to access any of your information and appointments coming up or in the past. Unfortunately, at the moment it seems you cannot make appointments via online so you have to call in and it can be a tad annoying. Other than that my experience has been a good one. If it ever changes (I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn’t) I’ll be sure to update my review. Done 09/26/2024

The service from the providers is always great. However, the front office have room for improvement. Normally takes from 8 to 18 min to talk to a person on the phone, if any update / cancellation / question is request.

I like that the clinician discusses your next appointment and schedules it so that the patient does not get lost and is able to have a continuation of care.

Providers and staff are great! My biggest problem is being able to get through to someone when calling the office. Almost always, I have to hang up after 20 or more minutes of waiting. I'm currently waiting while writing this and its been 27 minutes and counting. My other issue is there are no changing tables anywhere. I really want to put 1 star for the phone system.
