The staff here are great. The offices are clean, they smell great. My two providers I see have gone above and beyond to help and listen to me. I definitely recommend Lifestance.
The scheduling team is in constant dissarray. I have scheduled 4 times and they either cancel without telling me or reschedule the appointment without telling me. Will not waste my time with them anymore.
The therapist I had was great, but the customer service is terrible. When you try to schedule an appointment it takes a long time to have someone even answer the phone, and when you try to call billing for questions about a bill you could be on hold for over 30+ min waiting for an answer, sometimes you may not receive and answer no matter how long you wait. I am so glad I found this place instead of going to serenity. I feel safe and comfortable talking to the ones who are assigned to me. They listen to your problems and help you with them. I do believe that Lifestance has really helped me alot since I first started going. I am thankful there is a place like Lifestance that you can go to.
Wonderful, caring therapist. Initially a little concerned about telehealth appointment, but they've gone well. Office staff very prompt and helpful.
