I have been working with Windy Meadows for over a year now and she is absolutely phenomenal. She is welcoming, caring, a good listener, and helps you feel like you are in charge of your own journey with medication. She has been available any time I had a question and truly cares about how I’m doing and what’s going on in my life. Highly recommend!!

Jeffery Harris is very down to earth and easy to talk with. The receptionist was very sweet and efficient as I was checking in for my appointment. As I was checking out after appointment the waiting room was empty and the phone wasn't ringing and the receptionist was able to take a few minutes in conversation with me which really brightened my day! Consistently unavailable and rude. Few months ago they prescribed me the wrong medication and it took me almost 4 hours to get in contact with them. Keep in mind I had taken the incorrect medication and was actively fighting the negative effects. I called maybe 20 times getting a robot voice and hold music. Eventually I got through to someone and they were dismissive and rude saying “we can speak with you in 1 month mkay?” I demanded to speak to my doctor “now” and they eventually put me through. I've felt so relaxed and well taken care of as soon as I walked in, from the greeting of the receptionist and the doctors I've seen. They not only make you feel so at ease, but they listen to you. You can feel from the moment they speak and explain things to you that they really do care about what you've been through and going through. I walked out of the door for the first time in a looonng time with Hope. I found my place (finally) and it is with "LifeStance Therapists & Psychiatrists." Thank you so much...🤗
