Jeffery Harris is very down to earth and easy to talk with. The receptionist was very sweet and efficient as I was checking in for my appointment. As I was checking out after appointment the waiting room was empty and the phone wasn't ringing and the receptionist was able to take a few minutes in conversation with me which really brightened my day! I've felt so relaxed and well taken care of as soon as I walked in, from the greeting of the receptionist and the doctors I've seen. They not only make you feel so at ease, but they listen to you. You can feel from the moment they speak and explain things to you that they really do care about what you've been through and going through. Excellent experience with Life Stance Health. I would highly recommend Jeffrey Harris. He was kind and professional and helped me greatly with my issues. Also scheduling my appointment and paying was efficient. Thank you to LifeStance heath!
The therapist was young but very good. Jeff the psychiatrist is very good. The two day requirement for a cancelation with a $100 fee is inappropriate. The fee is exorbitant. The therapist are not given communication from the administration and no one is maintaining the reminder and portal program. So appointment reminders are sent. You confirm and then the appointment has been canceled when you arrive. Not very positive for the mental health community.
