I stopped going here nearly a year ago due to the disorganization and complete lack of communication from LifeStance. When my therapist returned from leave, I was never notified and had to call multiple times before being told she had already been back. I scheduled an appointment, showed up, and was told I did not have one. I later learned it had been canceled due to a balance on my account-without any call, email, or message notifying me. I have been working with Windy Meadows for over a year now and she is absolutely phenomenal. She is welcoming, caring, a good listener, and helps you feel like you are in charge of your own journey with medication. She has been available any time I had a question and truly cares about how I’m doing and what’s going on in my life. Highly recommend!!

lifestance is the only mental health company my insurance takes. everything i deal with them as a company there is always issues. i had seen a doctor that sped through a write up about my mental health conditions.So fast that I could not understand him or anything. i could have looked at this document myself and didn't need to pay anything. it was not helpful and I have asked to have someone contact me since september and no one has. this company also has issues with appointments and communicating to the patient. unfortunate... read more

I absolutely love Windy Meadows! She is easy to talk to and is one place I know that I won't be brushed off. I'm finally happy and have someone that I can trust and wants to help.

Horrible customer service. If the customer service team had just listened and asked a few questions instead of constantly interrupting me mid-sentence, not believing what I was saying, and assuming they already knew what I was going to say or ask, then I may still be a patient there. I was finally able to find a resolution to my issue after responding to the email below.
