If I can give negative stars I would. No one welcomed me. Not even a good morning. Not personable at all. I felt very uncomfortable and when I explained how I felt to the psychiatrist, she kicked me out. The psychiatrist didn’t even say good morning once or how are you doing. Straight to business and no friendliness vibes at all. I was already nervous and scared of my very first experience with a psychiatrist and this didn’t help. This review is focused on the Billing and administration of LifeStance Health not the healthcare providers. 3 out of 4 of the providers I have worked with have been great, the only reason I continue to work with LifeStance Health is because of the great work that is accomplished with my provider. Recently after a session I got a text from LifeStance telling me I need to upload a new copy of my insurance card or I might not be able to continue with my provider. My therapist, Pedro Palafox, is really helping me, the best I've had of half a dozen. He has you emotionally identity problems from your childhood to resolve them and without blaming parents or anyone. I'm already off of my anxiety medication. I'm happy and getting more relaxed!

I had an amazing first experience with Mina. She was kind, warm hearted, and a great listener. She made me feel very supported and understood! Thankful I got to speak with her.

I didn’t connect well with the first person assigned to me, but she was very supportive of me finding someone else. Second therapist is just what I need.
