Friendly and courteous staff! Very helpful. I am a former Crozier patient whose psychiatrist is now with Life Stance and I have been with her since 2018 she really and truly is my rock I have come so far since starting treatment with her I would go anywhere she goes honestly. This new facility is nice free parking unlike the hospital which is definitely a plus and I definitely did not have far to walk versus where I had to go to her office at the hospital.
You were all very nice. Doctor was very punctual easy to talk to in a good listener. They were also very nice with the paperwork I didn't get it done they said finish it on your next visit. Very helpful no stress.
Im so happy to be referred here. I was without my therapist and psychiatrist since the closing of Crozer. It puts you in panic mode not knowing if you could find someone. So thankful and grateful my therapist is now at this facility and my new psychiatrist is wonderful. She's very professional, I feel so comfortable with her. Front desk are courteous, professional, helpful, and so nice. I will be forever grateful and I would recommend this facility to anyone who asks.
The psychiatrist is good but I don’t care for their online registration. The app ask for my gender and pronouns. You already know what my pronouns are. You know what my gender is. I wished that there was a way to opt out of answering these questions since they have nothing to do with why I am there. Also, the billing department charged me $420 for something that is covered 100 percent by the insurance.
LifeStance is great. I was given an appointment in an acceptable timeframe. They have been very helpful. M Stilwell is a great therapist. Her expertise has me feeling better than I did in a long time.
