Well. Usually I'd say my prescriber is good and the company the same but they put in a new computer system and I couldn't access my appointment. Mad that I missed my appointments. Appointments are Hard to come by as is. Plus I have a credit. No way to use my credit on this new system. Will have to call billing. One more thing.
Extremely happy with my provider. Once you find the right one, you stick with them. She’s thorough, caring and listens. The professionalism and compassion keeps me coming back.
I have received the most efficient care I could ask for. I have a psychiatrist that refills prescription promptly when notified in portal, watches my medication for wreathe they need to be upped or lowered and what the side effects are. I have a therapist that is there in good times and bad and offers various solutions to situations, not just the book way. I have been involved for approximately two years with the company and have grown in treatment and feel better. I am working now and possibly going to school in the fall.
I met the nurse practitioner, Shevan, for the first time. I was very happy with our meeting. She put me at ease as soon as we began and was knowledgeable about my meds. She also offered alternatives if a drug was in short supply. I felt good during our meeting and would recommend her.
I had two appointments today, first with Adam LaRoache, second by Dr. Dizon, both of whom have been superb for me.
