We had a positive experience with our therapist today. I only wish we could have provided her with some specific info about our needs and goals before we met with her. The appointment went well though, and we look forward to meeting with her in a couple of weeks. Thank you!
Aaaand here we go again! If you look below, you'll find multiple reviews from me and the nightmare that this company has been. I'm back to add more. I've had two psychiatrists leave lifestance in a year, each time requiring me to reestablish care with another psychiatrist essentially starting over each time. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE CLINICIANS! BUT...I'm not at all surprised to see there have been recent reviews posted with comments much like mine. DO NOT USE LIFESTANCE FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTHCARE NEEDS IF YOU EXPECT THEIR BILLING AND OFFICE PERSONNEL TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, OR TO RESPOND TO YOU REGARDING THE MANY ERRORS THEY MAKE!
