My therapist is amazing. I felt comfortable right away, and unloaded a ton of feelings and felt comfortable and vulnerable at the same time doing it. Extremely happy with my therapist.
Doctor is good, but the company is terrible. You come in with mental health problem, you leave wanting to kill yourself even more. Just to name a few: The billing mistake, the administrative error of keeping messaging me that I have an appointment that I NEVER scheduled for, no easy access to customer service to dispute about the mistake. We had a positive experience with our therapist today. I only wish we could have provided her with some specific info about our needs and goals before we met with her. The appointment went well though, and we look forward to meeting with her in a couple of weeks. Thank you!
Aaaand here we go again! If you look below, you'll find multiple reviews from me and the nightmare that this company has been. I'm back to add more. I've had two psychiatrists leave lifestance in a year, each time requiring me to reestablish care with another psychiatrist essentially starting over each time.
