Wow, I love being billed randomly and having my appointments cancelled, and then being made to PAY for the damn clinic cancelling on me. Stay FAR away from this place, it’s unacceptable. Can’t wait to switch providers and possibly bring up a lawyer in this

Here we go again. If you look below, there's a journal of my nightmares dealing with incorrect billing from this company. This morning, yet again, another charge has shown up on my account. I do not have the time nor the energy to spend more hours getting y'all to fix this. Edit: and here we are three weeks later, STILL unable to get through to billing, and this issue still unresolved. What. A. Joke.

They wouldn’t diagnose me and wanted me to come in with a work up already done. Wanted me to get cost prohibitive testing done to treat me, couldn’t even tell me where to go. Icing on the cake - if you don’t cancel 48+ hrs in advance you’re charged a fee that’s higher than the appointment cost is with insurance. If you suspect you have adhd and are wanting actual help avoid this place, all their policies and procedures seem more designed to discourage you getting help and to punish you for the very things you’re struggling ... read more

Bad experience. Dr Pasca canceled on me on arrival because she booked the wrong amount of time for my session and charged me anyway. Doesn’t feel safe at all.
