I had an appointment with a doctor here and was logged in on time waiting, no big deal. I sent a message, but no reply. I then called the office to say my doctor never showed up and the receptionist was extremely rude, accusing me of logging in at a later time saying “I can check on my end”. They will submit you to collections over a bill that you were unaware of—they will make you pay their office as well as the collections agency balance they sent over. Forget about if your card expires, they don’t inform you. Virtual visit with doctor lasted about 3 min max. For $250???? Noel Tapia cares about his patients, his replacement does not. I will not be back, I do not recommend this office.
Great visit. In my experience, it’s unusual to have a half hour with the doctor. First doctor that ever really listened to me and didn’t insist on me taking meds I knew I couldn’t tolerate. The doctor I had was sincerely interested in my feeling better.
Olamide Adejola was awesome She really wants to help get me on the right meds. The first Medication Dr to actually test my Genes to see what I am absorbing. Very helpful and explains great
I love how flexible the staff is here. I came with my therapist from another facility and the intake process was quick. I’m super pleased with services at LifeStance
