I’ve really enjoyed my experience with LifeStance. It was incredibly easy to get an appointment but they were very honest that it might take some time due to demand. I appreciated the honesty. But I answered some questions & had an appointment within a week. I also appreciate that if needed, I could change counselors through LifeStance but my first counselor has been the best. I love my counselor, and I’m grateful that I can do our sessions from home or at her office. I’m happy for the tools this work is giving me to heal past trauma and also better handle life’s day-to-day challenges.
