As mental health practice, the amount of stress endured by errors in billing is immeasurable. I’ve sent messages through the portal repeatedly, called the phone line got a recording saying my hold time was 5 minutes followed immediately by a hold over 30 minutes message. I’ve waited over 30 minutes and got disconnected. I’ve tried the call back option too, never received a call.
