I have had mental health struggles for years. With my hard work and the amazing therapist at several locations. This place is short of amazing. I have been referring you to people. I just got a diagnosis that I was HAPPY with. Someone finally heard me.
Our therapist has saved our marriage. She listens, validates and makes us feel a deep emotional connection to each other. We look forward to speaking with her every week. She has compassion and empathy. She is literally the best thing to happen for us!
Horrible, Louisiana office tried to book me in Evanston, 1 hour from where I live. Then got transferred to Oswego office asked for Darien or Lisle, Gurnee answered, waited on hold, disconnected then another person didn't listen to my needs for the type of therapist and tried to book me with someone that specializes in trauma, ADHD, etc when I needed family counseling.
Great experience and highly recommend! It’s been super easy to schedule appointments and to check in for my appointments in advance. Likewise, the quality of my therapy has been incredible and I feel like I’m actually making progress!
If you’re having mental health issues don’t waste your time with LifeStance in Lisle. I don’t even know where to begin. I came here seeking help for depression and anxiety. My therapist was Dawn Sands. I’ve never seen a therapist get so physically and emotionally triggered in sessions. She would constantly tap her foot or fidget, making it extremely hard to concentrate.
