Jaime Alberto Castillo is the WORST therapist I have ever seen, and I’ve seen several over the years. I saw him for three months hoping it would get better. Instead, it only got worse. Not once did I ever see him write anything down; every appointment he seemed rushed to get me out of there. He seemed to lack even the most basic sense of personableness. I'm certain that there are good providers with this company. Unfortunately the company itself is more interested in their bottom line than they are in taking care of their patients. If you want to see someone who actually cares about you and your well being I suggest going elsewhere.
Mr. Cousart and I have been a couple for 21+ years and never sought counseling. Our first counseling appointment was unforgettable. The counselor asked relevant questions and made us feel comfortable while answering the questions .We look forward to seeing the counselor again 😊.
Horrible customer service To make an appointment you have to do so over the phone (online services have never worked for scheduling). You will wait on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes and most times the call will drop, starting the whole process over again. When you finally get in contact with someone, they transfer you to someone else, causing you to wait another 30 minutes. Doctors are always late to appointments (20-30 mins over) and charge a no-show fee if you're even 5 minutes late. How does that make sense?? They are... read more
I like my current provider a lot and I feel like I have good support in that regard. The patient portal is worthless though. There’s a whole tab for scheduling appointments but you can’t schedule online, you have to call. The messaging function works but it’s more like a BETA test message system from 2010…minimal functionality. There is a whole tab for your records but no records to be found other than your initial paperwork saved as a pdf. It’s the most useless portal EVER. U
