RUN, DON’T WALK, AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Lifestance has been double-billing me for 3 years, and is now withholding services based on a “high balance” they know to be false. They’ve been charging me a total of $405 every month for
I’ve been with LifeStance for 3-4 years now and when my old provider left I was very scared of finding a new one. I set up an appt with Lisa and she was very nice and maintained eye contact and made me feel heard. She’s an amazing provider and make sure to always look after my wellbeing.
DO NOT USE THEM. They repeatedly billed me for “missed appointments” that never occurred. It was a nightmare to get it fixed. They’re now sending me a bill from an appointment in 2024 despite me not using them for YEARS. There are so many other options for mental health that are trustworthy and reliable. Go somewhere else unless you want to spend the next 4 years begging a company to stop sending you erroneous bills.
I’ve been with LifeStance for two years, and my previous provider left in February. This negative review is for PA Lisa Mann, the new provider life stance assigned to me. During my annual mandatory in-person check-in, I arrived 7 minutes late. I had called ahead from the parking lot to inform her I was running slightly behind. Then, I was delayed an additional 5 minutes by the front desk during check-in. Jaime Alberto Castillo is the WORST therapist I have ever seen, and I’ve seen several over the years. I saw him for three months hoping it would get better. Instead, it only got worse. Not once did I ever see him write anything down; every appointment he seemed rushed to get me out of there. He seemed to lack even the most basic sense of personableness.
