I've been using Lifestance for over a year. I really enjoy working with my psychiatrist and therapist but I hate the way Lifestance handles scheduling. If you need to reschedule or cancel you must call them; there is no way to do it online. Every time I have called, it has taken over 30 minutes. My provider is attentive, thoughtful, and very helpful. Always on time for telehealth visits. Very flexible with appointments. Works well with me regarding medications, is a good listener.

Have been seeing Dr. Abdul for over two years now and she has been a wonderful help to me. I cannot say enough great things about her and the staff at this location, and have the highest confidence they can help just about anyone. Thank you all!

I’ve been with LifeStance for 3-4 years now and when my old provider left I was very scared of finding a new one. I set up an appt with Lisa and she was very nice and maintained eye contact and made me feel heard. She’s an amazing provider and make sure to always look after my wellbeing.

I’ve been with LifeStance for two years, and my previous provider left in February. This negative review is for PA Lisa Mann, the new provider life stance assigned to me. During my annual mandatory in-person check-in, I arrived 7 minutes late. I had called ahead from the parking lot to inform her I was running slightly behind. Then, I was delayed an additional 5 minutes by the front desk during check-in.
