Wow, after reading some reviews we may have dodged a bullet here. Here's our story. We were originally scheduled Feb 18th with Dr. Busch (Va Beach) telehealth, for medication after our son had been twice in emergency in-patient over the previous 3 weeks for attempted suicide. We were awaiting long term in-patient to be approved by insurance. On Feb 17th it was approved and we had to drive 3 hours away to admit him late in the day and 3 hours back home. My husband got charged a no show fee when he waited on his appointment link for over 40 mins. The MSW said he never showed, even though he was early and waited 40 mins. He also called the office to find out why she didn't show up while waiting in the link. And the office charged him a no show fee. He is military and this is how you treat your military members. Therapist and psychiatric services were very helpful with goals of balancing both body chemistry and sorting emotions in an intelligent manner. LifeStance's services were greatly appreciated and well worth it.
