Dr Checo has been such a Blessing to me. She has been an attentive and caring and listened to my endless list of problems and given me excellent advice as well as encouragement. She has managed my medications and I no longer feel that life is hopeless.
Dr. Checo has been excellent with my handicap brother. We have been able to work out medication changes when he is not feeling well and she explains differences in medication usages. Great informative doctor.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR MEDICATION MANAGEMENT! My fiancé went here because they take TriCare. His provider was inattentive, cold and recently became extremely reckless with his medication by decrease his dosage (without telling him) to LESS THAN 1/4th the amount he was previously taking. Our pharmacy has tried to reach out to the provider because they were concerned about a massive reduction taking place so rapidly. I can tell my therapist was tired maybe she needs to limit her cases. I can also tell that she missed information due to her stating inaccurate information. Which I never said I’m probably going to give her one more chance before I switch doctors.
Wow, after reading some reviews we may have dodged a bullet here. Here's our story. We were originally scheduled Feb 18th with Dr. Busch (Va Beach) telehealth, for medication after our son had been twice in emergency in-patient over the previous 3 weeks for attempted suicide. We were awaiting long term in-patient to be approved by insurance. On Feb 17th it was approved and we had to drive 3 hours away to admit him late in the day and 3 hours back home.
