This was an excellent experience! The first phone call made all the difference. Amanda made me feel so comfortable over the phone and scheduling an appointment was quick and efficient. I was seen within two days. I would highly recommend Lifestance Health.
Amazing experience. All the way through, everyone was kind and professional. The NP I worked with was very knowledgeable and cared about what I said. He also gave me a plan that he was focusing on instead of just a check in for meds. It was also a therapy session where I felt like I was being heard. I had a previous psychiatrist where I felt like it was 5 mins in and out and moved on. Such a difference here and welcomed by all staff.
Such a great experience! My NP was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and created a path that I felt like he really cared and I wasn’t just another person with —— (disorder). The entire staff was very supportive, helpful and friendly.
Office disorganized creating massive billing and connectivity issues along with their inefficient portal. Providers can be neglectful. New psychologist meant new medications with this company for whatever reason they refuse to keep you on the same medications you were comfortable on. They charge missed fees of $75 if you don’t cancel 2 full days prior leaving no room for emergencies especially when you can’t reach your provider and or their office directly when calling.
I’ve been seeing Antony Krumbhaar who’s nurse practitioner at Lifestance in Haverford, PA for Psychiatrist for a many years. He’s excellent at what he does and always tries to find the best solution for my symptoms with a lots of patience and knowledge! To me he’s the best and I’ll not go anywhere else as long as he’s in the practice, thank you so much for your support and help!!
