I previously left a review Friday 2/7. I guess it got deleted. I had an EAP code for therapy and they never applied it to my account, and then sent me a bill for 25.56. And then on Friday 2/7 charged my card for $100. Which doesn’t match the bill they emailed to me whatsoever. I was on hold for over an hour with no pickup or return call for the billing department. Very kind and understanding loved her already very helpful for as well, this is my second time using life stance in a year in a half the first time was in February of 2023 for marriage counseling and it was helpful they fit our needs and is extremely convenient and can work around any schedule. KATHERINE is such an amazing counselor, with out her help and knowledge, I don't think I could have made it after the sudden death of my adult son ( brain aneurysm with covid in ICU f39) With her help . I thought my life was over, but she was able to help me so much. I will continue to see her for all my life challenges. Thank you so much Julie
2 virtual appointments and I've been told I don't have ADHD on one and on the other prescribed medication saying I do have a little ADHD, Depression and Anxiety. At this point I'm not sure what to think. I have yet to be tested properly.
I'm upset with LifeStance. I had a physiatrist who I saw in person or by telehealth appt. She left & they said they had no one else who saw patients in person, which when I get someone new I had rather meet them & feel more at ease. Anyway, my appointment with the new one didn't go well. She wanted me to get all my meds from her or my regular doctor & not both. My doctor referred me to LifeStance for depression. He is a regular physician. The physiatrist I was seeing was great.
