I have seen Haley Koepp, DNP, BA, PMHNP, RN twice now and I am 100% satisfied and could not be happier. It is completely wonderful to see a psychiatrist who truly cares about my wellbeing. LifeStance communicates via text and email with regard to notices of appointments, etc. They have a patient portal, which has been working great for me. When I needed to speak to someone with regard to a prior authorization, I was able to speak to a real person and received results promptly.
