My therapist is absolutely wonderful. Started going her almost 3 yrs ago, however LifeStance as a company is worthless. If i didnt love my therapist, I wouldn't chose Lifestance at all
Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been very negative. Instead of helping my mental health, the constant issues and lack of communication have made things worse. Nothing is straightforward, and it feels like I’m constantly jumping through hoops. I never felt the comfort or support you’d expect from a mental-health organization.
Had a really great first appointment and felt like my needs were met as an individual and not as a chart (looking at you, OSF). Provider was easy to talk to and both ladies inspired confidence that I made the right move coming to LifeStance. Receptionist is extraordinarily kind and inviting as well. I wish I would have become a patient sooner.
Very good experience. Therapist is compassionate and caring. Very relaxed environment.
So easy to book an appointment. I love that my therapist can get me in every Sunday and is flexible about telehealth. Jennifer is easy to talk to and has helped me a ton. Grateful!
