I have nothing but positive thoughts about this practice. It's been easy to schedule every appointment with my therapist and nurse practitioner. The schedulers are professional and knowledgeable. I really love both practitioners. They are compassionate and helpful. I have not had much luck with my insurance when it comes to mental health issues but I certainly lucked out with this group 🙏
Therapist was good but the admin service is terrible. You have to wait 1-2 hours everytime you call to talk to someone. Billed 1 one of my appointments incorrectly as out of network and I had to pay for their mistake even after calling 4 (times around 8 hours wasted) to get it resolved. Recommend everyone to avoid this company if possible.
My son’s Therapist is very thorough, patient with my son, knowledgeable, acknowledges my (the parent) concerns and answers all of our questions. I highly recommend LifeStance.
Dr. Stoyanov is great! He really takes time to listen to you and discuss your treatment plan and does not push medications on you just because. At my old psychiatrist, they never would talk to me, I literally would see like 5 different psychiatrist and not know who I was going to see until the time of my appt, and it would last the most 5 mins, and they would prescribe meds that you asked for without even discussing it with you. Im glad I found lifestance.
Terrible first experience. I was scheduled the day after thanksgiving for a 4pm telehealth visit. I showed up and the doctor did not. I called and was told that they were closed today. You are charged full price for missed appointments. I will be fighting this and going with a different provider! Do not schedule with Life Stance. Very unprofessional…
