I’ve had excellent care from this practice. Scheduling an appointment is easy and they offer tele-health, so being able to do a virtual visit is extremely helpful when you have a busy schedule. Highly recommended!
Yulanda was one of 2 medical professionals I have found to be open regarding communication with the patient. I have lived in Florida for a little over a year now and find the healthcare system lacking in the offices as well as insurance plans.
If you need real psychiatric help, do NOT call this place. My fiance had an appointment with Dr. Whitlock, and I am his POA and Health Care Surrogate and was ASSURED that I could be present for the virtual visit (at my fiancé s request). We had no communication with the office and I finally had to call and ask about getting an appointment link. I have nothing but positive thoughts about this practice. It's been easy to schedule every appointment with my therapist and nurse practitioner. The schedulers are professional and knowledgeable. I really love both practitioners. They are compassionate and helpful. I have not had much luck with my insurance when it comes to mental health issues but I certainly lucked out with this group 🙏
