My fiance had an appointment with Dr. Whitlock, and I am his POA and Health Care Surrogate and was ASSURED that I could be present for the virtual visit (at my fiancé s request). We had no communication with the office and I finally had to call and ask about getting an appointment link. Yulanda was one of 2 medical professionals I have found to be open regarding communication with the patient. I have lived in Florida for a little over a year now and find the healthcare system lacking in the offices as well as insurance plans.
Great place very advance as far technology for check In Dr. Stoyanov was great took his time on my first visit he’s a good listener. I feel that is hope with my case thank you!
I have nothing but positive thoughts about this practice. It's been easy to schedule every appointment with my therapist and nurse practitioner. The schedulers are professional and knowledgeable. I really love both practitioners. They are compassionate and helpful. I have not had much luck with my insurance when it comes to mental health issues but I certainly lucked out with this group 🙏
This place is a joke. They are completely disorganized and impossible to get ahold of. I scheduled an appointment with Jennifer Anderson after my last session who never entered it into their calendar. I showed up for that appointment, waited for 20 minutes before I left. Not so much as an apology from the office or Jennifer. I just tried to cancel my appointment for Monday because I have Covid.
