LifeStance is a great place . I love my therapist they paired me with and my psychiatrist aswell!! The staff got me an apointment within days. Usually other places have a long wait list or don't take new patients . 5stars allday ing😀

Reliable healthcare service, concerned with patients' needs and limitations. They listen carefully and have helped me understand my treatment plans. They are friendly and prompt.
My counselor is great. The billing however sucks. My insurance changed 2 months ago, and instead of calling me they just took $215 out of my account that I still haven't gotten back yet. They have all the info they need to fix it. I've called many times. Do I have my money yet? No.
As an older client with some mobility issues, I’m grateful for Lifestance’s zoom option for appointments. The entire organization seems well run, despite a registration process that could have been shorter and less cumbersome. I’m particularly happy with my counselor, Meredith Prescott, who has been a life changer.
