After encouraging praise of your offerings I called, only to learn from the booking staff person that you have little or nothing to offer in the way of medication management or therapy in your Peterborough NH office...just another brick wall...Why is that office even listed on the search engines. It sounds like it doesn't even exist.
Phone staff do not sound like they have been adequately trained and can't confidently answer basic questions. Had to call three times to have receptionist fix scheduling errors when I first made an appointment. Therapist I saw was reading off of some kind of script or guide and kept squinting off screen to reference it. Was the least helpful therapy session I have ever attended. Very disappointed
I needed to urgently reschedule my appointment. The representative was understanding and very helpful to assist me. I rescheduled.
I’m pretty new with health stance but everyone has been perfect! 👍🏻
So far so good. I’ve only had one visit, but the therapist and staff are very friendly. I truly appreciate the appointment reminders and the convenience of online check-in.
