So far so good. I’ve only had one visit, but the therapist and staff are very friendly. I truly appreciate the appointment reminders and the convenience of online check-in.
I always feel supported and valued! The psychiatrist & therapist (Karissa & Julie) always put my needs first. I never feel rushed, they take the time & truly care.
The first provider I saw I did not find helpful at all, would not even consider a prescription for what I needed. The second provider I saw was wonderful, truly listened and understood what I needed, and was happy to write the prescription for what I asked for and needed.
Therapist - great match. Booking - took lots of time. Quite thorough.
Honestly if I could give this place negative stars I would. I feel like my very first visit was great and ever since then everything has been a disaster or a hassle. Every single time I have needed a prescription refill. I get the runaround from the doctors office and have to jump through hoops to get my prescription refilled and at one point, without actually insinuating, I was accused of over using my sertraline because I told them that my bottle spilled in my purse and then I had to hit my brakes and they all spilled all ... read more
