I really love my therapist, Veronica — she’s so relatable and easy to talk to. She even recommended a great book to help me better understand my relationship with my teenage daughter. I feel like I can be completely honest with her. I also appreciate that this platform skips the repetitive pre-session questions — it makes the experience feel much more personal and less tedious.

You call to cancel appointments, and the staff doesn’t even bother letting the doctor know you canceled appointment, I was double booked by 2 doctors with them, insurance won’t cover 2 visits at the same time, I called to cancel and the doctor is still insisting on charging me a no show fee when, they made the mistake, then they tell me they will escalate it and not to pay it, and give me the run around not taking in account what they said to me to begin with. I am really happy I’ve found Dr Christopher Chochoryan. I am suffering for years on and off, finally found a Dr that listened to me( my problems ) and find out the root of my problems. And after 3 months of his treatment finally I feel back to normal myself. Hi is a great psychiatrist, and I recommend him. Thanks a lot Dr Chochoryan.

Psychiatrist was good, but this organization is not to be trusted with billing. I was told my appointment would not be scheduled unless insurance was approved, only to be hit with a $600 bill for a single appointment. Their representatives are hard to reach and unhelpful if you have problems, and lack accountability as they are all essentially anonymous. Go with a smaller service who makes sure you are in their network before pushing appointments!

I wish I could leave a 0 star. This company prioritizes profit over patient care. They show little regard for what patients may be going through personally or mentally. Without proper consultation, they automatically schedule appointments months in advance, and if you miss even one—due to valid reasons like depression—they impose a fee without consideration or compassion.
