I found Life Stance after 8 months of searching for new provider who accepted my insurance. I was abandoned by my original doctor and couldn’t get my medication for 8 months. Life Stance got me an appt with Rosie fairly quickly and I was so pleased with her and all the help me offered to get me back on my medication. I’m so grateful for Life Stance and Rosie!
UPDATE: You will see that Life Stance responded to my initial review and asked me to email them. I have emailed them four times and they never responded. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ------ I booked my first appointment with Life Stance and told the scheduler that I would like to have my appointment in-person as a medication I take requires it. They called me late in the day before my appointment to tell me in-person was no longer possible and it must take place over Zoom. I greatly appreciated the professionalism and openness of the psychiatric nurse. The facility is exceptionally well-managed, clean, and organized. I received the assistance I needed and look forward to attending more sessions; I highly recommend in-person visits.
I was surprised at how easy it was to get appointments with both specialists in my area and they're also available through Telehealth. I have completed the first appointment with both specialists and really enjoyed meeting them and I feel positive about their ability to help with my issues. The last time I went through the process of trying to find specialists for my issues at other providers, it was a nightmare.
