There's literally been nothing hard or complicated about this process. Scheduling, billing, sessions, all of it, is simple, clear, clean and user friendly. A small thing in the grand scheme, but it sure is a delight.
Counseling is a very personal matter. My counselor is very professional, knowledgeable, and immensely compassionate and understanding of my condition. Assuring my needs are met as we work together through the traumatic events that caused my injury. My counselor has helped me to move on with my life becoming stronger because of what I've endured rather than the helplessness I felt from being a victim and fighting to survive each day.
