I have had therapy for greater part of past 20 yrs and my therapist at Lifestance has been the best,most caring, understanding, knowledgeable experience with anybody I have ever had. Truely understanding and cares. She always has great ideas. .and is passionate about her work. Thank you for helping me through some of the toughest things I could have faced. I couldn't have done it without them.
Aaron Miller is amazing! I've been to a few people and he's the first therapist I've truly connected with and feel he actually understands and cares! It's an ongoing process but I appreciate him and how he's continuing to help me heal.
If your insurance is accepted elsewhere, I would highly recommend going elsewhere. They have a serious lack of concern for their clients. If you have experienced or are experiencing domestic violence, this is not a place that will support you through this process.
Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They helped me with some insurance stuff and answered other questions I had in a very professional and friendly manner.
My therapist there is lovely and helpful and wonderful. She deserves 5 stars. However the process for prescriptions is painful. You can’t use the online portal to schedule, you have to call, which is inconvenient, but fine. They schedule you at least a month and a half out. The first person I worked with was incredibly condescending, so I asked to see someone else for the follow up for a refill. They scheduled me out 2 months later.
