I’ve had two really great therapists with live stance. Which was a huge relief after having truly awful experiences with psychologists/therapists in Newport News, VA; that I didn’t ever think I’d get over how awful I thought therapy was. I got lucky by randomly choosing LifeStance as a “care in the community” consult through Veterans Affairs (The VA) between other community care options. It’s a great relief to have all my mental health team in one place. Having them work seamlessly together has made this journey a lot easier. I look forward to my sessions and am actively looking forward to the future.
0/10 DO NOT COME HERE THEY SUCK Physiatrist was decent but the customer service is terrible takes 30 minutes to get through the stupid guy talking before you can talk to a real person but don’t forget your gonna be on hold for another 30 minutes and then the person you talk to isnt gonna know what to do so you get sent to someone else and have to be on hold for another 30 minutes. I would navigate away from this company. They seem to have set themselves up to operate under predatory billing practices leveraging deceptive tactics while not providing documents to support their policies. It’s not a place you want to be end up working with. Update 10-1-25 email sent per response - issue still remains no contact from business.
