Horrible customer service To make an appointment you have to do so over the phone (online services have never worked for scheduling). You will wait on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes and most times the call will drop, starting the whole process over again. When you finally get in contact with someone, they transfer you to someone else, causing you to wait another 30 minutes. Doctors are always late to appointments (20-30 mins over) and charge a no-show fee if you're even 5 minutes late. How does that make sense?? They are... read more
I've started with Lifestance about the beginning of the year. I initially went in for marriage counseling but shifted to do a personal session. And my therapist Larvita Bailey is the absolute best. I don't feel like a number or just another patient here, I feel as if I'm actually heard, understood and her patience is that of a monk. I love Lifestance and their psychiatrists and therapists! Each one that I have seen is beyond excellent! I would recommend Lifestance to anyone, and have recommended them to my boyfriend who needs a medication change and some therapy. I have given him the phone number, but it is up to him to call.
