Booking, checking in, getting to the waiting area and leaving a message for your provider can be tricky. Not very user friendly. New system. Not sure everyone knows whats going on or how to navigate, let alone explain to clients. Very frustrating. Was also charged for my provider rescheduling. We had technical difficulties on the call. She said she put in for a waiver but charge remains. We had to make a payment to even get into the waiting room at our next appointment. Not cool!

I’ve known Beth since the last time I had to talk with a therapist. She is so down to earth and actually listens. She doesn’t criticize or put me down about what I’m feeling. I’m going to continue to see her because it helps talking to someone about your problems and how you can change your attitude and make yourself feel alot better. Thank you- Adam

Therapist was extremely unprofessional and offered close to nothing, then I was charged $300. $300 For an appointment in which the therapist—instead of saying hello—asked why I had a journal, took her shoes off, agreed with everything I said and was cussing during the session. Can’t even make this up

My Psychiatrist, Ashley Forman, is extremely knowledgeable and understanding. She was able to tell me the exact terminology of what kind of PTSD and triggers and explained then very clearly. I am very happy with the Psychiatrist that I was assigned to.

Not pleased with the billing department. They can’t seem to get it straight with the insurance. Had to pause therapy until it’s resolved. Nobody cares either! Oh and let’s not forget the letter I received about the data error where personal information was posted into someone else’s account. Awesome!
