Dr. McNulty has been my psychiatrist since July of 2018. Her knowledge, professionalism, and helpfulness are excellent. Throughout both of my pregnancies, she was very good about assessing my needs and changing my medications as needed. As I shared my concerns with her, she listened with compassion and empathy. If you're experiencing mental health issues, I highly recommend her.
Just had my first counseling appointment today. She was absolutely wonderful and very understanding and listened very attentively. I have been saying a psychiatric nurse practitioner there for years and have nothing but wonderful things to say about this group. I am very thrilled about working continually with this Therapist thank you.
This was my first visit with Lovelyne Joseph but she was very thorough in her questioning and actually listened. I feel like that’s hard to find lately. I even had my appointment time in my calendar for the wrong time. She called me as I was supposed to have my appointment. She waited for me to log on and was very gracious even though I was late. Great experience
Lyle is the best!!! He is so easy to talk too. He always has a smile on his face and genuinely cares about his patients!! I highly recommend him! So glad I found him!!
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! As company dealing with mental health treatment, the practices of their billing and front desk staff are NOT in line with this. I have had consistent issues with their billing and front desk staff. It is completely unprofessional and rude to interrupt a client’s session due to billing issues that are not at the fault of the client AND to threaten to discontinue treatment. 2 weeks after calling billing to fix this MYSELF, it still has not been resolved and now my sessions have been canceled.
