The company is organized and responsive, which I appreciate, but I didn't have a great experience with the psychiatric nurse that I saw there. It's been a couple months since I got a second opinion, and I'm still thinking about it, so I thought I'd share. I saw Cammie Ann to look into getting an ADHD diagnosis. I love Kayla. She’s kind, easy to talk to and has made finding and managing the right medicine a breeze. And this might sound weird af but she has a very calming demeanor and voice. 🤷🏻♀️ Which made it easy, for me personally, to work with her. Sometimes you get people who are so matter of fact that they’re cold. But she’s quite the opposite. I recommend Kayla De Kruge and LifeStance.
All around great service, seems to listen well, thay have great insite, I'm appreciative of my therapist and psychiatrist for working together to get me in the best mental health though it may be challenging I am confident in thier ability. Everyday is 1 step closer to the top
Cammie Anne has helped me so much thus far. We got medications right, finally getting proper diagnosis, she has listened and explained how I feel without making me have to break down every time. She truly is amazing.
Was supposed to have my first appointment today and never got texted the link to the video chat. Called and was put on hold and hung up on. Not sure what's going on with this place. I'll update my review if it gets resolved but needless to say it's frustrating Edited to add more: They have a VERY strict cancellation policy and will not be understanding of your circumstances for needing to reschedule. In my case, an appointment is $15 and I was charged $75 for "cancelling".
