I actually had quite a pleasant experience here for at least a year. It was super easy to establish as a new patient and everyone was super helpful and friendly. I loved my provider and we got along really well. Things were good, until they weren’t. They have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place and if you cancel after that period, you have to pay a fee, which is fine in a typical case, but I had an unexpected and unimaginable circumstance come up at the worst time possible.
