Terrible, they wouldn't accept my insurance and told me on the phone it would be between 350 and $750 for initial visit. I had to pay BEFORE I even met the doctor! $550 for nothing. She would not renew my prescription from my previous doctors in Atlanta and Dalls without a cardiogram and records. I spent $550 for absolutely nothing other than a prescription for VRAYLAR a designer drug that decorated her office with plaquards, desk pop ups and brochures. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL ROB YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. I give this company 1 star because Google does not let you post without a star. Anyways they over charge you on your co insurance and co-payments. My son went to his 4 appointment which he has 8 authorized visits from the insurance. They always told him he didn't have to pay anything that he was good to go. Then on is 4th visit they wipe out a bill over 200$ apparently the co insurance. Getting mental health support can be so daunting but I feel 1000% better than I did when I first set an appt here. I have all the time I need and I appreciate a conservative approach while still working toward solutions. I got lucky and the first thing we tried is working miracles in my life.
I’ve utilized LifeStance for both my mother and I during crisis (at separate times). The individuals we engaged with were top notch and helped us tremendously! Being able to use video health is also great!
Saw a Trinese Hardy and she was absolutely horrible, 0 empathy. Did not let me speak at all and just said to follow up with her when I wanted to get prescribed something, she wouldn’t even let me explain what was going on. It’s also almost impossible to get in touch with their office you’re on hold for hours.
