It was my first experience with therapy and it couldn’t have been any better! Talking to Cheryl Ortiz was like talking to an old friend. She listened to me and gave me very assertive responses. Always the right answer for the situation and also answers that allows me to analyze my own reactions. As I said, my first session of the many more I would liked to have. Saw a Trinese Hardy and she was absolutely horrible, 0 empathy. Did not let me speak at all and just said to follow up with her when I wanted to get prescribed something, she wouldn’t even let me explain what was going on. It’s also almost impossible to get in touch with their office you’re on hold for hours.
We were very satisfied with the counseling session. The whole process went very smoothly. We picked up some good tips to help us and look forward to using them to improve our relationship .
My first time ever seeking help and I was so disappointed. This was Telehealth only and with Trinese Hardy, so I can’t speak to any other providers or visit types in that office. This is based on my experience alone. My first visit was awful but I gave her the benefit of the of the doubt and signed in again for a second visit because I understand building rapport takes time. But it did not help when the first visit started with “what are you here for? therapy, meds or neuropsych testing ?” And today the second visit... read more
