The nurse I saw really got through to me and helped me feel heard and like I was important. She walked me through the plan for my medication and helped me understand the approach. She was patient, sympathetic and very receptive. She asked me thorough questions and seemed to really care.

Disappointed with the professionalism. When we called to schedule we were very clear about day/time and that we preferred in person, said that we were happy to wait list. I explained we had a bad experience before so it was really important to get it right. Only to get there and learn they would be zoom only in afternoon and didn’t want to waste our hour.
