Disappointed with the professionalism. When we called to schedule we were very clear about day/time and that we preferred in person, said that we were happy to wait list. I explained we had a bad experience before so it was really important to get it right. Only to get there and learn they would be zoom only in afternoon and didn’t want to waste our hour. I asked for a specific type of therapist, who specialized in particular fields. I was paired with my current therapist who is fantastic. She understands my situations immediately and often says what's in my head. She pushes me to see things differently and take accountability. She is absolutely amazing!
