I've had two providers suddenly leave the practice, both of which cited a lack of work-life balance. This leaves me without consistent medication and care. it is frustrating when you rely on meds to function and keep getting passed around.
I asked for a specific type of therapist, who specialized in particular fields. I was paired with my current therapist who is fantastic. She understands my situations immediately and often says what's in my head. She pushes me to see things differently and take accountability. She is absolutely amazing!
