RecommendedMy experience is positive. The therapist is professional and caring. I like the virtual visits because they’re a good fit with my schedule.
I really like my psychiatrist Dr. Downes who is very kind and attentive. He listens and is willing to help, even in an emergency. I feel like we work together as a team to manage my depression and anxiety, and if my medications aren’t working he is open to try other medications until together we find the right balance for me! I wouldn’t want to change doctors for anything.
Always a positive result with my health care provider. Easy to contact my provider, if necessary, between appointments. Everyone I come in contact are friendly and helpful.

I wait on the phone for more than 40 minutes with no communication after my schedule appointment time. they tell me I need a test but won't give me a referral and won't request my medical records from my doctor so there is no way I can actually get them these results. The treatment that they've told me I need they are unable to get me. I will have to start this process over with another organization. Don't bother with lifestance, they just want to take your money.
