LifeStance helped me book an appointment with a psychiatrist and a psychotherapist within just a couple of weeks. Sometimes you have to wait a month or two to get in somewhere, but they managed to get me in to see someone fairly quickly! So far I have met with my psychiatrist, Sylvia, and she is so wonderful and easy to talk to. Everyone I’ve encountered, from desk staff, therapy/psychologist, and billing staff have been incredibly helpful. I often recommend anyone that asks to LifeStance! I’ve found the best team I’ve worked with through here, and would say I’m in the place I’ve ever been!
My child and I drove up from Douglas County so he could be tested. The appointment was at 7:30 am. We had to leave by 5:30am. We arrived at 7:15 and the building is locked. We can’t get in, no one will let us in. There is no special instructions in the email. Finally at 7:40 we follow someone in to be told we can’t go up the elevator without a key fob. I love my counselor with Life Stance!! She is always there for me and it’s really easy to book appointments in advance. She cares and will listen to you and always has advice and guidance for me. I have been seeing her for over 5 years now. It’s really nice not to have change councilors all the time. I give them 5 stars!!!
