The therapists here are excellent and the quality of care is top-notch. However, the check-in process leaves something to be desired. Completing the online check-in prior to arrival, only to be required to check in again at the front desk upon arrival, feels redundant and unnecessarily time-consuming. Stephanie Saxe, my therapist created a most warm and welcoming environment for my first session. I was nervous going in but her aura immediately comforted me; like I could share anything without judgement. ☺️
I had such a positive experience with Dr. Sylvia Perez, She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in our session. She took the time to truly listen, answer all my questions, and educate me about my treatment options. I felt so heard and seen in a way I unfortunately haven’t experienced before. Her compassionate approach made such a difference, and I’m grateful to have found a psychiatrist who genuinely cares. Highly recommend!
Apt was great experience. As soon as I was done felt like I’m just another number to them. I had apt on Thursday it’s Monday afternoon and still haven’t heard anything back from them on my prescription they still haven’t sent it in. I have called and left messages with people I have talked to and on the patient portal. All to be ignored
My experience so far has been very warm and welcoming. My therapist offers useful and relevant resources and engages with me on a level that brings so much comfort and strength to my difficult journey. I often feel empowered and assured after my visit. A new growth in confidence to tackle things I have previously felt defeated by. They make appointments avaliable and easy to acquire with many different options to attend.
