The therapists here are excellent and the quality of care is top-notch. However, the check-in process leaves something to be desired. Completing the online check-in prior to arrival, only to be required to check in again at the front desk upon arrival, feels redundant and unnecessarily time-consuming. Dr Wicks made me very comfortable during my appointment and really seems to care about her patients wellbeing. I highly recommend this practice.

Stephanie Saxe, my therapist created a most warm and welcoming environment for my first session. I was nervous going in but her aura immediately comforted me; like I could share anything without judgement. ☺️

I had such a positive experience with Dr. Sylvia Perez, She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in our session. She took the time to truly listen, answer all my questions, and educate me about my treatment options. I felt so heard and seen in a way I unfortunately haven’t experienced before. Her compassionate approach made such a difference, and I’m grateful to have found a psychiatrist who genuinely cares. Highly recommend!
