Apt was great experience. As soon as I was done felt like I’m just another number to them. I had apt on Thursday it’s Monday afternoon and still haven’t heard anything back from them on my prescription they still haven’t sent it in. I have called and left messages with people I have talked to and on the patient portal. All to be ignored

I had such a positive experience with Dr. Sylvia Perez, She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in our session. She took the time to truly listen, answer all my questions, and educate me about my treatment options. I felt so heard and seen in a way I unfortunately haven’t experienced before. Her compassionate approach made such a difference, and I’m grateful to have found a psychiatrist who genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

My experience so far has been very warm and welcoming. My therapist offers useful and relevant resources and engages with me on a level that brings so much comfort and strength to my difficult journey. I often feel empowered and assured after my visit. A new growth in confidence to tackle things I have previously felt defeated by. They make appointments avaliable and easy to acquire with many different options to attend. LifeStance helped me book an appointment with a psychiatrist and a psychotherapist within just a couple of weeks. Sometimes you have to wait a month or two to get in somewhere, but they managed to get me in to see someone fairly quickly! So far I have met with my psychiatrist, Sylvia, and she is so wonderful and easy to talk to. Blake at the front desk reassured me that my insurance would cover a great amount of my bill. Come to found out, it didn’t. He went on about another patient that owed thousands to LifeStance but told me on the phone and in person that I would only have to pay 130. A week after my appointment my card got charged over 200 dollars and now I’m being told I owe 500. Bad communication with the front desk, and terrible experience to something I thought would help my life.
