Apt was great experience. As soon as I was done felt like I’m just another number to them. I had apt on Thursday it’s Monday afternoon and still haven’t heard anything back from them on my prescription they still haven’t sent it in. I have called and left messages with people I have talked to and on the patient portal. All to be ignored
I had such a positive experience with Dr. Sylvia Perez, She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in our session. She took the time to truly listen, answer all my questions, and educate me about my treatment options. I felt so heard and seen in a way I unfortunately haven’t experienced before. Her compassionate approach made such a difference, and I’m grateful to have found a psychiatrist who genuinely cares. Highly recommend!
Linsey Norton my counselor listens to me intently. She gives advice in a way that makes you say to yourself, why didn’t I think of that? She encourages me to make a plan and tackle one thing at a time then give myself credit for doing it. You are a beautiful and sincere person. Thank you Linsey.
My experience so far has been very warm and welcoming. My therapist offers useful and relevant resources and engages with me on a level that brings so much comfort and strength to my difficult journey. I often feel empowered and assured after my visit. LifeStance helped me book an appointment with a psychiatrist and a psychotherapist within just a couple of weeks. Sometimes you have to wait a month or two to get in somewhere, but they managed to get me in to see someone fairly quickly! So far I have met with my psychiatrist, Sylvia, and she is so wonderful and easy to talk to.
