This process couldn’t have been easier I was able to choose my own provider Telehealth has been a blessing. I was able to pick up my medication within the hour.
These people are supposed to be there to help but when you get transferred from person to person and it always have excuses that they're moving their facility and they can't find their appointment that they actually told you on zoom meeting they booked it during another $50 Zoom but they all make excuses that they're moving facilities and then everything is through the app so it's hard to navigate unless you're an IT specialist but these people are supposed to help you. Do not recommend Lifestance in General in Cincinnati!! Three different providers, 3 different offices. ALL LIFESTANCE have shown a lack of professionalism within this practice. Something is seriously wrong!! Dana McDonald, Calli Hall, Angela Brandt!! Save yourself. By the time you get a follow through appointment, you'll be in a full blown mental health crisis or worse.
My therapist has been great! She uses active listening and is very kind, allowing me to feel heard. Definitely recommend.
Had my first session today very professional and very helpful. Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks for what you do.
