Do not recommend Lifestance in General in Cincinnati!! Three different providers, 3 different offices. ALL LIFESTANCE have shown a lack of professionalism within this practice. Something is seriously wrong!! Dana McDonald, Calli Hall, Angela Brandt!! Save yourself. By the time you get a follow through appointment, you'll be in a full blown mental health crisis or worse.
Knowledgeable, professional clinicians who I felt really treated me as an individual and not a spot on their schedules. Asked relevant questions about me and my healthcare needs, and solicited my input or offered guidance where appropriate. Totally satisfied with my experience for each visit thus far.
My therapist has been great! She uses active listening and is very kind, allowing me to feel heard. Definitely recommend.
These people are supposed to be there to help but when you get transferred from person to person and it always have excuses that they're moving their facility and they can't find their appointment that they actually told you on zoom meeting they booked it during another $50 Zoom but they all make excuses that they're moving facilities and then everything is through the app so it's hard to navigate unless you're an IT specialist but these people are supposed to help you. Today was my first appointment with LifeStance. I absolutely hit it off with my counselor, she made me feel very comfortable, took the time to listen and hear me, we already have a game plan on where we are going to start with therapy. I really couldn't be happier with the services I received today and look forward to working with her and LifeStance.
