Knowledgeable, professional clinicians who I felt really treated me as an individual and not a spot on their schedules. Asked relevant questions about me and my healthcare needs, and solicited my input or offered guidance where appropriate. Totally satisfied with my experience for each visit thus far.
Today was my first appointment with LifeStance. I absolutely hit it off with my counselor, she made me feel very comfortable, took the time to listen and hear me, we already have a game plan on where we are going to start with therapy. I really couldn't be happier with the services I received today and look forward to working with her and LifeStance.
They will DEMAND a credit card/debit card and not everyone has a credit card/debit card. They do not respect boundries when you say "no". To make an appointment is almost impossible and leaves a person in a worse mental state than when they originally asked for help. I now understand why so many people relapse while begging for help. I’ve gone through a lot of ups and downs since losing my mother in 2017. I’ve had some pretty bad days since then as well, but things really started to change for the better when I came to LifeStance. Though it took me a while to build the right support network for me, I would’ve never been able to do it first and foremost without GOD and without the guidance of my counselor there and the people that support them. I went to this location for about a year to a year and a half. For most of my time there, I had a decent experience with the therapist I had been paired with. I was told that they took my insurance, which was nice, because it seems difficult to find excellent mental health professionals who are accessible but also ones who are affordable. I’ve used a therapist at other companies for CBT for the past ten or so years and have had a rollercoaster of experiences. Some good and some bad.
