Today was my first appointment with LifeStance. I absolutely hit it off with my counselor, she made me feel very comfortable, took the time to listen and hear me, we already have a game plan on where we are going to start with therapy. I really couldn't be happier with the services I received today and look forward to working with her and LifeStance.

I’ve gone through a lot of ups and downs since losing my mother in 2017. I’ve had some pretty bad days since then as well, but things really started to change for the better when I came to LifeStance. I went to this location for about a year to a year and a half. For most of my time there, I had a decent experience with the therapist I had been paired with. I was told that they took my insurance, which was nice, because it seems difficult to find excellent mental health professionals who are accessible but also ones who are affordable. I’ve used a therapist at other companies for CBT for the past ten or so years and have had a rollercoaster of experiences. Some good and some bad. I have been a patient at lifestance for almost 2 years. This is my first experience receiving psychiatric help and I had nothing to compare it to, but now that I have found another practice; I can confidently say that the patient care at lifestance needs a LOT of work. First off, don’t expect to get somebody on the phone when you call unless you plan on waiting on hold for 45 minutes. Don’t even try to leave a message for a callback- they never call you back EVER. Telehealth is easy to use, and I have a great doctor and therapist. My doctor helped me get on the right meds and my therapist helps me get through life's struggles.
