Today was my first appointment with LifeStance. I absolutely hit it off with my counselor, she made me feel very comfortable, took the time to listen and hear me, we already have a game plan on where we are going to start with therapy. I really couldn't be happier with the services I received today and look forward to working with her and LifeStance.

They will DEMAND a credit card/debit card and not everyone has a credit card/debit card. They do not respect boundries when you say "no". To make an appointment is almost impossible and leaves a person in a worse mental state than when they originally asked for help. I now understand why so many people relapse while begging for help. This truly pains my heart because as a social worker myself, I was able to advocate for myself; not everyone is able to do that. SCAM. They charged me a fee for rescheduling, ok understand. Cancelled the day of my appointment an hour before, had no one to see me, refused to refund my copay and had the AUDACITY to send me a bill.
