Horrible billing practices. I would have already left if I didn't have such a great relationship with my therapist. They will bill you for an appointment, then you'll get a statement months or even a year later showing you still owe for that appointment. Not sure how they are able to get away with doing this. Hard enough dealing with the health issues. Shouldn't have to keep meticulous records to make sure you aren't being overcharged or double charged (which I may have been). It's ridiculous. I have been a patient with LifeStance for around three years and have always recommended them to people that I have talked to about mental health. My provider is does not just want to prescribe more medication, she listens to me and we come to a solution together.
As a PMHNP myself, my bar was high and I needed a seasoned therapist that I “couldn’t see coming a mile away.” I cannot say enough good things about Pamela Arias. If you’re ready to get to work on yourself, that’s the person you’re looking for.
Pamela Arias is the BEST! She allows you to talk, while she listens. And then she helps you to process the situation together. Gives awesome ideas! I enjoy talking with her each month! Keep it up!
It was easy to get a virtual appointment with an NP, Brandi Cecil. She was very helpful and kind!!
