They cancelled a week before my appointment that I’ve had scheduled for a month because of an insurance problem. I called to get clarification on the issue and they said it’s usually fixed very quickly, and once I get it fixed they can put me back on the schedule. I asked if I can schedule the appointment now and get the issue with my insurance cleared up and they assured me it’s their policy to not allow that. Brandi Cecil is a wonderful listener And I always feel that she is listening with all of her attention and she does not immediately jump to the idea of prescribing medication. In my case, she suggested that just talking Over my problems would help. And that is the case. Thank you Brandi.
