Tyler Ruch was amazing! He listened to everything I had to say, he was patient, kind and non-judgemental. I felt really comfortable to speak about my life long issues and he did an amazing job giving me a diagnosis. Thank you for all your help, I can’t wait to see a difference!
Brandi Cecil is a wonderful listener And I always feel that she is listening with all of her attention and she does not immediately jump to the idea of prescribing medication. In my case, she suggested that just talking Over my problems would help. And that is the case. Thank you Brandi.
Brandi is the absolute best! She is so thorough and genuinely has my best interest in mind. Highly highly recommend the entire Zionsville office!
My husband lives his counselor but having to fill out the same sign in every week is very annoying!! They have his info. It’s not going to change or need an update. Annoying
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have tried reaching out to customer service at the facility with no response, so hopefully this review will show people how LifeStance actually treats patients. This is the most deplorable excuse for a mental health facility that I have ever been to. Truly evil people work here. I have seen two providers there (Magdalene Bambo and Brandi Cecil), neither of whom actually listened to my concerns. Both of them shut down all of my thoughts and concerns and gaslit me about my own treatment.... read more
