If I could give zero stars, I would. I have tried reaching out to customer service at the facility with no response, so hopefully this review will show people how LifeStance actually treats patients. This is the most deplorable excuse for a mental health facility that I have ever been to. Truly evil people work here. I have seen two providers there (Magdalene Bambo and Brandi Cecil), neither of whom actually listened to my concerns. Brandi listened to all my concerns/questions==she answered all my concerns==when I am in her office, she appears to have all the time in the world to talk/help me==I like the fact she lets me use my past experiences and my knowledge so we can work together==she is wonderful!
Horrible billing practices. I would have already left if I didn't have such a great relationship with my therapist. They will bill you for an appointment, then you'll get a statement months or even a year later showing you still owe for that appointment. Not sure how they are able to get away with doing this. Hard enough dealing with the health issues. Shouldn't have to keep meticulous records to make sure you aren't being overcharged or double charged (which I may have been). It's ridiculous. I have been a patient with LifeStance for around three years and have always recommended them to people that I have talked to about mental health. My provider is does not just want to prescribe more medication, she listens to me and we come to a solution together.
It was easy to get a virtual appointment with an NP, Brandi Cecil. She was very helpful and kind!!
