Not only was the therapist unqualified to treat my trauma, she further exacerbated it by being dismissive and repeatedly asking me to convince her that my experiences with discrimination were factual or relevant. It was so bad I ended therapy after 2 sessions. They billed my EAP, my group health, and me personally a combined total of over $1,000. They can't seem to figure out how to correct any mistakes
They use the pandemic as an excuse to raise their rates 90 dollars a session, even though they are only doing telehealth.‘this places nickel and Dimes you to death. Ruiz is cool, but this place cares More about dollars than patients .
