My review isn’t about the provider I had no issues there. My review is about the lack of empathy and understanding by the billing staff and office manager. The day before my appointment I messaged my provider and told her I had to cancel my appointment because my son was sent home from school sick. She told that was fine and to let the office know. I’ve had such a positive experience working with Dr. Enrique Murillo, and I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received since making the decision to restart treatment for my ADHD and anxiety. For self pay, their rates are over $350 for the initial and $365 for follow up...PSYCHOLOGY -- *NOT* medication!!! That's higher, but I cut her off because I didn't even want to know. Absolutely insane. This is why people cannot get mental healthcare in this country. It's a joke. Absurd overcharge.
