genuinely horrible. it is impossible to reach anyone over the phone. i have been on hold for an HOUR. they don't care about you and will be quick to charge a no show fee for an appointment THEY cancelled.

I've never left a 1 star review in my life. They cancelled my appointment the day before my appointment, I spent half an hour just trying to call and correct whatever their problem was, but they never answered or called me back. Now I am harassed by their billing team saying I owe them a no-show fee. I've already spent close to two hours on the phone trying to rectify the situation, but no one calls me back, and I continue to get billed for an appointment that I did no cancel.

The amount of stress this company causes me when I need their services is getting out of hand. The online system crashes, when I call the office I either wait for 40 minutes on hold or don't receive a call back. My doctor is ALWAYS late to our telehealth appointments that I have to take during my lunch breaks, so my time is limited and not respected. I found this place and made an appointment. The next week was fraught with they need more information, but every time they called they pushed to voice-mail instead of trying to actually speak to me. I literally had an appointment today and they canceled because I haven't filled out the paperwork online. I do it directly before the appointment because I treat that time as the time I would be in office. I desperately need mental health and this is only making everything worse.
