Tia Is just the therapist I needed. She is someone to feel totally comfortable with, and she is thoughtful, caring and knowing. I really look forward to the CBT that we will be doing together. It was sheer luck that I found her, and I am very grateful that LifeStance has that kind of therapist... tho my guess she is exceptional, she is!! Gratefull I am!
It was remarkably easy to find and book someone but my biggest compliment is how kind and thorough the office was in making sure that I knew what to expect and had everything that I needed in preparation. I definitely recommend considering services with them
I have just started with LifeStance Health-- and found that the therapist I chose will help me in many ways. I am looking forward to regaining confidence and loosing depression. A wonderful therapist will guide me.
Had my 2nd appointment with Jo. It was just what I needed! I feel supported, respected and cared for!! So grateful.
Extremely difficult to log into, asks the same thousand questions every appointment, and is not user friendly. I shouldnt have to triple verify my identity to get into my therapy appointment. Im in therapy for assistance with my anxiety and stress, not for the application to cause additional frustration. Very happy things are changing to Zoom soon.
