They don’t take my Humana insurance. They wouldn’t help me- I need help and they just simply wouldn’t help me. They just want people to delete themselves. I self mutilated after that. They don’t care. Nobody cares. One of these days somebody is going to commit suicide and then they will be sued for not accepting an insurance. They don’t care about anything except money and that’s it.
It took a lot of courage to get some help, I felt like I was talking to a friend or school mate. Very good to have someone listen and be honest with, a great way of helping my issues and super explanation of the process, really great to feel validated..

I have literally been trying to get a therapist from this place FOR MONTHS !!!!!! Why are you trying to shove pills down my throat you don’t know what’s wrong with me?? I just wanted weekly appointments ON THE PHONE nope they can’t even do that. I completely gave up they are terrible. Go to a different place.
Francine rocks. I do virtual visits and she is always clear on what medication she suggest and what she thinks would he good. She is honest and she checks in when its necessary. Francine Williams has been very helpful and the medication I’ve been taking has genuinely helped. I acknowledge that it also took alot of self work to get where I am but I’m grateful to have a psychiatrist who really listens.
