Excellent facility! I love my provider, after a year I don't think I've ever had a delay in my appointments and both my provider and the staff in general are responsive, caring, friendly and professional. Totally recommend.

Great therapist, terrible corporate/front office. Super corporate-ized company, scheduling is a pain, and there's no chance to speak with a therapist before engaging their services.

It’s such a shame when providers are more concerned with business than providing care. I had completed 12 appointments and never even showed up late and never needed to reschedule, the very first time there was a miscommunication in scheduling, after 12 visits, the office still insisted on charging the $50 no show. GREEDY! And also not very business savvy, since $50 is the last they’ll get from me. If you decide to get care here, I recommend you be careful with this company’s scheduling practices. Since start of 2024 my patient experience has been very negative. No one answers phone anymore, call backs from waiting over 30 minutes on hold, failure to respond to portal requests multiple times, unable to make appointments and therapist unavailability. Spoke with an unknown therapist in Miami just to get my refills, ran out of meds and now waiting for my pharmacy to take 2 days to fill my meds. Very disappointed and will be finding another provider outside of the too big for your britches company.
