I showed up early for my 7am appointment, and there was a sign on one of the doors to use the buzzer by the parking lot door. I tried buzzing Lifestance 20+ time but no response. I tried calling the office but of course it was not business hours. Eventually someone from a different part of the building left and opened the door so I was able to get in and find the Lifestance office. There was nobody at the front desk and the door was locked. This place is a total scam. I had one appointment and they charged me $500 and I’ve been paying off for 9 months. I had no warning it was going to be that much money or I never would have booked.

I scheduled an appointment, completed all the required forms in advance, and provided my insurance information. I even received a reminder email 30 minutes before the session and was charged a $25 copay. Despite all of these confirmations, no one ever showed for the appointment.
