The lobby feels nice and calm and to top it off they offer water, coffee, or hot chocolate. The lobby is very comforting. In terms of the therapists there I can tell from the therapist I’m with that they have good picks. The front desk people are very kind as well. You will feel welcomed once you enter.

I showed up early for my 7am appointment, and there was a sign on one of the doors to use the buzzer by the parking lot door. I tried buzzing Lifestance 20+ time but no response. I tried calling the office but of course it was not business hours. Eventually someone from a different part of the building left and opened the door so I was able to get in and find the Lifestance office. There was nobody at the front desk and the door was locked. Was hoping to meet with a therapist here but the front desk lacks politeness and desire to assist. as a healthcare worker myself, it’s imperative that the admin team gives a positive first impression of the clinic, and for this clinic it is completely lacking.

I had an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience with this practice. I initially sought help for ADHD medication management after my primary care physician recommended seeing a psychologist for further evaluation. However, the psychologist I saw was completely unprepared, inattentive, and dismissive of my medical history and concerns. I've used Lifestance for about a year and a half and while they have some wonderful service providers, the admin staff is beyond incompetent. Their lack of flexibility when life gets in the way is ridiculous. I have Cigna if that's helpful but I will no longer be using Lifestance. They are absolutely not worth how awful they are. I wish none of their admin staff well.
