Incredibly unprofessional. Had an appointment for 8am, arrived 15 mins early per instructions. The office wasn't even open yet, the staff was late. When they finally opened, I was told the therapist was late and would see me on an iPad. I specifically requested an in person appointment and was told she wouldn't be in for another 1/2 hour. The staff was rude when I explained I wanted an in person meeting and would need to reschedule. They rolled their eyes and were unprofessional. The whole experience was quite disheart... read more
I have had very good experience. My provider always responds to my email messages in the portal right away. She always does her best to find a pharmacy that can fill my prescription for Adderall when there is a nationwide shortage.
As a new resident to the Villages, I was very pleased to find a provider that would be able to meet my needs locally. My experience with staff at LifeStance is they are professional and caring. Their patient portal is easy to navigate and they offer telehealth appointments as well.
Ms Janet Walker always makes me feel comfortable and better about myself when I leave. I enjoy our conversations and always look forward to seeing her. I will continue seeing her until she feels I’m much better and I a might be discharge whenever decided.
Ms. Walker is such a blessing! The best help I have gotten so far with my mental health struggles. I thank her from the bottom of my heart and appreciate the support during my journey.
