Between insurance difficulties, scheduling and being harassed by front desk staff to schedule me with some random provider based on their search using filters, I did not enjoy the majority of my experiences with this company. I would not recommend them, especially for those paying out of pocket. I think some therapy sessions were $300 per session. The best experience was my assessment for ND conditions, which was able to be scheduled within months.

Bookings were always tailored around my availability and my therapist worked to keep our appointments as consistent as possible .

Chris Lautt is the best help I could ask for. He has opened doors for me to get specialized treatments and much more. Truly a blessing for me.

My son has had 2 appointments canceled and he was fresh out of OSU hospital last week. They referred us to Lifestance for follow up and counseling and they can't even bother to keep the appointments. If I could give them zero stars I would.

This place is one of the best I've been to. My therapist is is amazing, and then receptionist in the front office are so kind and helpful. It's my first time there, and I just started 2 weeks; I know I'm gonna love it
