Chris Lautt is a fantastic provider. He is patient, understanding, and really listens and digs into an issues going on until he finds a resolution. Unfortunately, he is a part of LifeStance which is an absolute trash company. They have the worst administrative and operational processes that I have ever seen in a medical organization. I would avoid LifeStance all together but if you must go here, consider Chris Lautt. He is great!!

I had a psychiatry referral to Lifestance, and discussed the medications I was taking which have been effective from my primary care provider. During scheduling, the scheduler directed me to the Westerville clinic specifically because she said the providers there were capable of continuing the particular medications I was on, which was communicated clearly. I have been going here for quite some time. Chris Lautt is amazing!!! He takes his time to listen to me. Chris recently told me to trust him and we made a very bold move to take me off one of medications and put me on a different one. I was on this particular medication for around 7 years and at the highest dose. Since the change, I finally feel like I am living my life and not just going through the motions. I feel like me again! I actually liked them and it was my first day today and I feel like she understood me and she talked to me and understand what I was talking about and what I needed help or so I’m glad that I had this talk with the new Therapist

I am so grateful for Bonnie Frye for being there listening, and helping through things! I have been with her for just over a year and I can’t believe the improvement I have made in that time! I am really enjoying talk therapy along with EMDR therapy! Thank you so much!
