Was listened to, suggestions made by therapist were for some continuing therapy seems reasonable. Several treatments were clearly discussed. Warm welcoming attention and grateful for me dialog.
I met remotely with Christopher Lautt. I felt a better connection with him than a recent in person at another practice. He actually listened, and asked insightful questions. He also spoke with me as a human being, not the patronizing attitude I found in person. Based on this experience I would definitely recommend both him and the practice.
I have provided my insurance information multiple times, yet I continue to receive billing charges that should not exist. On top of that, I was scheduled with a counselor, only to find out later that they were not properly credentialed to handle my situation. This left me without care and forced me into a cycle of waiting, rescheduling, and uncertainty. As someone actively seeking mental health support, being left in the dark like this is unacceptable. Highly recommend LifeStance. My therapist, Matthew, has helped me so much. Further, LifeStance makes it easy to schedule appointments, pay your bill, etc. The overall experience has been really good!
If you’re looking for a doctor who prescribes you medications that harm you, ignores the side effects you’re having from those medications, prescribes you medication that is NOT FDA approved to treat the condition you’ve developed as a result of her initial ignorance, chases you for money over a cancelled appointment, and just overall leaves you worse off than you were prior to beginning treatment, you should definitely see Mary Abbott at Lifestance!
