My therapist and psychiatrist have been excellent, and your billing staff has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had an issue. That said, the pre-check-in portal has been pretty frustrating. The links often don’t work if I check in too early, and on occasion I’ve even been charged twice. I’ve noticed it seems to work best if I complete the questionnaire about 15 minutes before my appointment.
Portal is quirky pre-check only works if I do it right before my appointment, otherwise the link breaks and sometimes I get charged twice. The old system worked better
Both the doctor and therapist I’m seeing have been incredibly affective. Both are compassionate and very experienced.
Super easy to get an appointment and get one quickly. Professional staff, and clean environment..
This is a follow-up on a previous review. This office incorrectly charged me a late fee, which multiple staff members acknowledged was a mistake. Six months later, they're still demanding that I pay. I escalated the issue, was assured at a higher level that it would be resolved, and it still hasn't. They’ve since stopped responding to my follow-ups.
