I had a wonderful experience. James was whom I made contact with and I felt that he genuinely listened to me; expressed concern on plans to help me, and provided the kind of feedback I was looking for. I look forward to he and I meeting again at my next appointment in 2 weeks.
This is a follow-up on a previous review. This office incorrectly charged me a late fee, which multiple staff members acknowledged was a mistake. Six months later, they're still demanding that I pay. I escalated the issue, was assured at a higher level that it would be resolved, and it still hasn't. They’ve since stopped responding to my follow-ups. It was my initial appointment. They were able to get me in promptly. Listened to my concerns. Reviewed my history and meds. Offered suggestions and made a follow up appointment with in roughly a week. Will hopefully get a therapist referral asap. Thank you!
My psychiatrist is great, but the company itself is very disorganized. Their website is poor, the emails they send lack important links and information, and on multiple occasions I missed an appt because it wasn’t showing up in their system, I never got a confirmation email or text, etc. and I would get charged a late fee for this. Clinicians are excellent! Platform is a pain in the ass. When I started with this company, the process to register, choose a clinician, set appointments, and log on to sessions was very user friendly. Then, about six or more months ago, they changed platforms and this one is TERRIBLE. I can’t even begin to describe all the glitches in this new platform, but it’s absolutely infuriating.
