I had a terrible experience with this therapist's office. Despite my dislike for doctor's appointments, I made the effort to arrive early for my scheduled time, just as they requested. I fought through rush-hour traffic to get there on time, only to be told that my appointment was canceled because the doctor was sick. They claimed they tried calling, emailing, and texting me, but I received no such communications. I checked my phone and email thoroughly – nothing. I had my first visit with Carolann Brooks today and I have nothing but positive things about her. She truly got to know me today and listened to everything I had going on, which is alot, and yet I felt that she was receptive, informative, and supportive. She offered great feedback through each issue I discussed and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. 10/10 would highly recommend!!! Thank you Carolann! 🙏🏽

Their 48 hour cancellation is a SCAM! We had a last minute emergency and Immediately called Lifestan to reschedule my appointment. It turns that I called 20 hours prior to the appointment time and they said that they were forced to charge $50 since they didn’t have another available time the same day. They are not flexible, pure robot’s managing the system, so do not waste your time.
