Carolann is absolutely wonderful. She truly listens without judgment and takes the time to understand your concerns. She thoughtfully presents different treatment options and collaborates with you to determine the best path forward. I have worked with other doctors in the past who seemed quick to prescribe medication without much discussion, but Carolann takes a much more careful and patient-centered approach. I genuinely appreciate her dedication and feel very fortunate to be under her care.

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because my therapist was so kind and I love her. However, the insurance and billing team was a nightmare. I have two insurances that should completely cover the entire cost for each session. You would think they’d bill the primary the full amount then send the remaining balance to the secondary to cover but that wasn’t the case. Insurance and billing team is an absolute nightmare. Double & triple check before you agree to any appointments with them. I have been fighting since 2022 for a payment that they claim I owe after telling me my insurance fully covered the appointments. Luckily it was the therapist who brought the $800+ bill to my attention. Since then I have gone & forth, paid it and STILL have a debt collector reaching out to me. I had a very positive first session. From the moment I arrived, I was received with kindness and professionalism, and I felt respected and heard. The therapist took time to clearly explain confidentiality and privacy, which helped create a safe and trusting environment. The session felt thoughtful, attentive, and grounded in care. I appreciate the calm, respectful approach and look forward to continuing this therapeutic process.

Negative review is for office practices, not therapists. 1. Cancellation fees are outrageous: $100 if less than 2 business days. Life doesn't only operate on business days- I was calling Friday to reschedule a Monday appointment. 2. There's hardly ever anyone at front desk, which is unsettling. I do appreciate an online check-in, but a friendly person to greet you is beneficial.
