Booking process is pretty simple. I usually don't have to be on hold long. I do wish that you could book appointments online as an existing patient. I was able to book online initially but now that I have a patient portal it always just tells me to call. But overall recommend. Willing to work with you while you book different providers until you find one that's a good fit for you
Dr. Trowers is amazing! She listens and is open to trying different approaches to make sure that my mental health is stabilized. Very happy to be her patient.

Other than a frustrating patient portal, I am very thankful for working with Carolann. She is concerned and caring and when she makes a medication change, she allows me to discuss it and decide if I agree that I’d like to try it.
