Negative review is for office practices, not therapists. 1. Cancellation fees are outrageous: $100 if less than 2 business days. Life doesn't only operate on business days- I was calling Friday to reschedule a Monday appointment. 2. There's hardly ever anyone at front desk, which is unsettling. I do appreciate an online check-in, but a friendly person to greet you is beneficial.
Doctors I saw were fine, but the billing and account management side has been awful. I had to beg them to bill the correct insurance. They seem to have double billed for some testing and no one on their staff will respond to my messages through the portal. I called and was told my account would be reviewed and to expect a response in 2 weeks. it's been a month with nothing. On top of that, the place is expensive. Worst health provider I have ever encountered by far. Unconcerned, insulting, unhelpful staff. And that’s the certified clinicians all the way to the front desk folks. Extremely unprofessional. They bicker in the office in front of the waiting room. Constant hoops to jump through just to get a medication you’ve been on for a decade. They’ll bleed you dry and leave you none the more healthy. Do not go here.
KAJESSA is kind, but direct. Just what she should be in her line of work. She is always professional and has a welcome smile when we meet. When she asks questions, she repeats back to confirm we both understand. I enjoy our visits and I feel much better since I’ve started my treatment with her. Many thanks
Unfair “business hours” cancellation policy I called Friday to cancel my Monday 8:00 AM appointment due to an emergency, and I was still charged $100. Their policy requires 48 business hours’ notice, meaning weekends don’t count at all. That means for a Monday 8am appointment, I would have to know about an emergency 96 actual hours in advance — which is completely unreasonable and unrealistic.
