It was my first time coming back to therapy with Lifestance in about a year. I was not super thrilled with the relationship of my first therapist, but after a while I was ready to come back to therapy to try again. Very easy to book appt. They will find the providers that take your insurance without you having to do all the research. Very kind over the phone. LOVE the therapist they offered me.
Easy, no pressure scheduling & payment process. A very professional staff that know how to create a comfortable safe environment to admimister & process your self healing.
I like the therapist I chose, Carmen Liera, she was patient, nice and seems to genuinely care and looking forward to getting better with her treatment plan.
