Great therapists. However, their billing office is a nightmare. They take weeks (if ever) to respond to messages. If you call them on the phone you wait more than thirty minutes. Sometimes after that wait the call just hangs up on you. They consistently get the insurances processed incorrectly, sometimes not even bothering to file the claim with both insurances in the correct order. Amie has been very supportive in all area. She takes her time to talk with me and just kind in the way she talks with respect. She seems to understand what I am going through without no judgment. Catherine Giello is the same way too. She takes her time also to listen to me as I speak and explain how I feel. I am really grateful to have this two people. Very professional people

Very professional and expedited my request to find a therapist. I appreciate the reminders and ability to communicate through the patient portal.
