I would give zero stars if I could. Do NOT go with this company. After long contemplation I decided to start therapy again. It was a super tough decision. They helped me schedule my session and it seemed to be going fine. The therapist was great BTW. I received my bill and it was so high and clesrly wasnt run through my insurance. I immediately called to get this resolved. And they said that I saw a provider outside my network. This was not true I saw someone in my county of coverage. My therapist is the best. She always listen to what I have to say and I genuinely feel better after our appointments. I’m very thankful to have found someone I am comfortable w/.
The experience is good when they arrive for an appointment, but we experienced our second no show no call. Having a normal expectation of stable consistency and finding this isn’t the provided level of services is disheartening and emotionally draining especially when a new provider is needed.
So far I have been talking to Kristin metoxen an she is so great she is down to earth and she has really been helping me navigate struggles with my toddler and my mental health
Found me a fantastic psychiatrist and she's amazing. Easy to work with and explains everything in a way I can understand.
