I’ve had a lot of psychologists. Dr. Dilley was a fresh change. Yes I know they aren’t Therapists and get straight to the point. As they should. It’s how you get that point that matters to me and that’s why she gets 5 stars.
I had my first appointment with Jennie B today—she seems really awesome and I am looking forward to working with her. The front desk staff seem friendly, and I was able to get an appointment rather quickly, which is a huge bonus. The reason I give 4 stars is because they require you to place a credit or debit card on file to bill for co-pays, missed appointments, etc. I was told that if you don’t place a card on file, you won’t be allowed service.
